Old Pale Sherry, Handblown bottle

Unlabelled, wax capsules with some slight signs of seepage, however, all levels are into the neck. The bottles are consistent with those from the end of the XIXth Century.

Pale amber color. Highly scented bouquet with fresh acidity. Full middle palate of walnuts and almonds. Strong acidity of old Sherry. The character of long bottle aging rather than old Solera. Would have started life as light and dry and probably called “Pale Sherry” at that time
